Any options for disassembling and cutting the car!
1)
*Complete* in which the car is disassembled completely, including the disassembly of the engine compartment (engine, transmission, all wires and pipes) as well as vehicle interior wires (by request), fenders, hood, bumpers, doors (including 5th door), lights, dashboard, heater, steering column, suspension parts, interior parts (by request), any plastic parts (by request), ceiling / carpet (by request) and other parts. At the request of the client, entire windows and elements of the body are cut out (standardly only the front frames are cut, but the roof and rear quarters and any other parts are also possible to cut, up to a complete disassembly). With this method of disassembly, it is possible to load an average of 15-20 cars into a container, provided that the seats and cuts are not loaded. In the worst case, the number of loaded cars may decrease down to 7-8.
2)
*Partial* or
*nosecut*, or
*halfcut* - when front section of the vehicle cuts along the “wheel line” or along the “middle line” (in front or behind them, as per the request of the client) and from the remaining rear section all valuable parts are removed. The engine and transmission are left in the front section, which can also be partially disassembled. Some clients also ask to remove fenders and hood and the dashboard so that they don’t get damaged during loading. Under this type of disassembly an average of 8-10 cars can be loaded, again under the condition that the rear parts of the body are not loaded.
For safer transportation of parts, we pack the panel, steering column, and radiators in cellophane and / or paper and put all the optics in separate boxes. But, at the request of the client, and for an additional fee, it is possible to fully pack valuable parts (doors, fenders, hood, bumper, etc.).
Each car is assigned a disassembly number, which is marked on all removed / cut parts of the car to prevent confusion and facilitate counting. Also, for each disassembly a card is filled in, which is likewise assigned the corresponding disassembly number and where all the removed parts are marked, and any parts that arrived damaged and were not removed are marked as well. Any damage is recorded by camera. Workers try to work with care, without breaking or tearing out parts. All cables that need to be intact are carefully removed. At the additional request of the client, it is possible to measure the compression of the engine and record its number. Catalytic converters are generally not sent.
Loading is done with the help of wooden rods and plywood, which are used to divide the container into sections and prevent damage to the goods during transportation. The safety of the glass panes while shipping is not guaranteed, although for their greater safety they are shipped within a separately made box withing the container. During loading, lists of the loaded goods is compiled. The lists are given over to the customer along with the rest of the pertinent information upon completion of the work.
